MIL SERV LLC was founded with one mission in mind: to bring dependable, top-quality services to the men and women who proudly serve our country. Our journey began with a simple idea—those who dedicate their lives to defending our nation deserve the very best in support, whether at home or in the field.
Our founder, Zach Blythe, a U.S. Army veteran, understood firsthand the challenges that military personnel face every day. After years of service and a successful career in finance and contracting, Zach saw a gap—too many service providers treated government contracts as transactions, not missions. He knew there was a better way.
Alongside a team of like-minded professionals, including fellow veterans and experts in operations and logistics, MIL SERV LLC was born. We built this company from the ground up, committed to excellence, integrity, and reliability. Every contract we accept, every project we deliver, and every client we serve is an extension of our core belief: service members deserve nothing less than the best.

Zach Blythe
Chief Executive Officer
Zach is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MIL SERV LLC. A proud U.S. Army veteran, Zach brings a mission-driven approach to leadership, grounded in discipline, integrity, and operational excellence.
With years of experience in finance and federal contracting, Zach has built a reputation for navigating complex procurement environments and developing scalable business strategies. His expertise spans budgeting, contract management, and strategic business development, making him a trusted partner for clients seeking quality, accountability, and results.
Under his leadership, MIL SERV continues to grow as a service-oriented business with a focus on supporting military installations and government operations nationwide.
Craig Guidry
Chief Financial Officer
Craig serves as Vice President and North Louisiana Credit Analyst at City Bank & Trust Company’s Bossier City branch. In this role, he is responsible for assessing creditworthiness and managing risk for commercial lending operations across the region.
With a strong background in commercial banking, Craig has held positions at institutions such as Progressive Bank and Louisiana Land Bank, where he developed expertise in credit analysis and asset management.
Craig is also the Chief Financial Officer of MIL SERV LLC, a veteran-owned company providing government and commercial contracting services. In this capacity, he oversees financial strategy and ensures fiscal responsibility to support the company's mission-driven objectives.
His combined experience in banking and financial management positions him as a key contributor to both City Bank & Trust Company and MIL SERV LLC.
Chandler Hall
Director of Sales & Business Development
Chandler is the Director of Sales and Business Development for MIL SERV LLC. He leads the company’s growth strategy, focusing on expanding partnerships, securing new contracts, and supporting mission-critical operations—particularly in support of defense installations like Barksdale Air Force Base. Chandler brings over a decade of experience in business development and sales leadership, with a strong reputation for building lasting client relationships and delivering measurable results. He combines strategic vision with operational insight to position MIL SERV as a trusted partner across the industry. A proud graduate of Louisiana Tech University, Chandler applies both his education and professional experience to drive innovation and client-centered solutions. He is passionate about supporting the military community and is committed to the values of service, reliability, and excellence.
